Every Prismiera piece is a pair of hand-finished earrings, made for a single wearer. Here is what happens after your order arrives.

If something is wrong, we make it right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — or if you receive the wrong item — we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page, or at care@prismiera.com, with a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to send anything back.

Earrings are final sale

For reasons of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have left us. Every Prismiera order is final sale — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or preference. Each product page carries full specifications and detail imagery so you can choose your goddess with intention.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us before your order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
