FAQ

Everything you might want to know — before, and after, a goddess is yours.

The pieces

What am I actually buying?
Each Prismiera piece is a pair of stud earrings — one goddess, one stone, 6mm round brilliant cut, roughly one carat per stone. Studs are one size; there is nothing to measure.

Are the stones real?
Yes. They are lab-grown — real moissanite and real corundum (sapphire and ruby), grown rather than mined. The same brilliance and hardness, created ethically and without the weight of an extraction history.

What are they made of?
Every pair is 925 sterling silver finished in 18K gold vermeil (a 2.5-micron layer of gold), with a four-prong low basket setting and a secure butterfly back on a 0.9mm post.

Will they irritate sensitive ears?
Our pieces are nickel-free and made to REACH and California Proposition 65 standards. Most sensitive ears do very well with sterling silver and vermeil.

Ordering & shipping

Where do you ship?
Within the United States, and shipping is always free. Every order travels in its Vault and requires a signature on delivery. Full detail is on the Shipping page.

How is my order packaged?
Each pair arrives in the Vault — a velvet-cradled case made to protect the piece and mark the occasion.

Returns & care

Can I return a pair?
Earrings are final sale — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. But if a pair arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we make it right with a replacement or refund, and nothing needs to come back. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

How do I look after my pair?
Put them on last, take them off first, keep them away from chlorine and harsh chemicals, and store them in the Vault. The Care page has the complete guide.

The Pantheon

How many goddesses are there?
The Founding Pantheon launches with four — Theia, Athena, Aphrodite, and Persephone. Artemis follows as a Prestige arrival; you will find her in the Pantheon marked Coming Soon.

Do you run sales or discounts?
No. Prismiera prices are the prices. What a goddess costs is what she is worth — there is no markup waiting to be cut.
