Refund policy
Every Prismiera piece is a pair of hand-finished earrings, made in a limited Founding run and intended for a single wearer. This policy explains exactly what happens after your order arrives — both when something is wrong, and when you have simply changed your mind.
If something is wrong, we make it right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, or if you receive the wrong item, we will put it right — with a replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send anything back.
To open a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page (or at care@prismiera.com) and include a clear photo of the issue. Once we have reviewed it, we will make it right: a replacement sent from our reserve stock where one is available, or a full refund to your original payment method where it is not.
This promise covers genuine faults and errors on our side. Raise a claim within the window above, and we will make it right — promptly, and gladly.
Earrings are final sale
For reasons of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned to stock, exchanged, or resold once they have left us. Every Prismiera order is therefore final sale: we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, comfort, or preference.
This is not reluctance — it is what a Prismiera piece is. Each pair is finished by hand and sent to one wearer, and one wearer only. We ask you to choose your goddess with intention: every product page carries full specifications, materials, measurements, and detail imagery so the decision is an informed one before you commit.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, contact us before your order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, the policy above applies.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund is due under this policy, it is returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed promptly once a claim is approved; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
