Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no threshold to reach.

How your order travels

Each pair is packed in its Vault and dispatched in protective outer packaging. Every shipment requires a signature on delivery, so your goddess is handed to a person — never left on a step.

Timing

Orders are prepared by hand and dispatched as quickly as we responsibly can, typically within a few business days. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.

If your order is delayed or doesn't arrive

Every order is tracked, and the tracking link reaches you by email. If a shipment runs late or the tracking looks wrong, contact us — we will follow it up with the carrier and make it right. Because every order is handed over against a signature on delivery, there is always a clear record of when and to whom it was delivered; if tracking shows your order delivered and signed for but it is not in your hands, tell us within 7 days of that date and we will look into it with you.
