Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Packaging and tracking

Your earrings arrive in the Vault, our Prismiera jewelry box, with protective outer packaging. We will email your tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Timing

Processing and transit times can vary. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

If your shipment needs attention

If tracking is delayed, shows delivery but you have not received the package, or your order arrives damaged, contact care@prismiera.com promptly with your order number and the details. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and help resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items.
